All new patients require a comprehensive consultation to review their medical and personal history to appropriately assess risks and select the best treatment for their desired outcome. This is often referred to as a “good faith exam” and is legally required for your safety. These are not one-size-fits-all medical procedures and may have contraindications or require pre-treatment depending on your skin type or condition. During our session, I’ll review your medical history and lifestyle factors—such as diet, skincare routine, and previous treatments—to gain a complete understanding of your skin needs. You also receive a complimentary advanced 3D facial scan to assess your skin’s characteristics which will generate a report for you to take home, but this is not required. From there, a customized treatment plan that includes product recommendations and treatment options will be tailored to your goals and concerns. The fee also reflects our commitment to offering expert guidance and a clear, long-term plan that supports your journey to vibrant, healthy skin without having to up-sell unnecessary products or procedures. While we don’t pressure clients to purchase specific products, we will explain the role of certain ingredients in achieving your desired results.(The $50 consultation fee will be applied to any treatment if booked within 4 weeks after the initial consultation date.)
Pain tolerance varies with each patient and will be discussed prior to each treatment. Per our protocols, topical numbing cream is applied per procedural protocols unless otherwise discussed. Majority of patients are able to tolerate procedures very well with the use of numbing cream.
Many patients will see results after one treatment. For best results we generally recommend a series of 3-4 consecutive treatments prior to transitioning to a maintenance schedule however that depends on your personalized needs. How many treatments you will need depends on many factors including your own personal skin goals, the condition of your skin before treatment, and how well your skin responds to each treatment type.
